As a marketer and business owner I want to stress that intentional posting is the key to success in the digital world. Nurturing Your Crew - Because It's All About the Vibes

Let's start with content, you’re not just posting pics; you’re building a whole community… It's like hosting a digital party where everyone feels connected. 

 

My first question to you is, “Am I nurturing my audience?”

 

Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting your journey I suggest sharing insights and tips that resonate with your audience. Sharing your journey, wisdom in your field, and giving sneak peeks into your day to day life. The goal is to make your audience go, “Wow! I totally vibe with this!”  

 

Continue to change up the way you post, reels to carousels to static posts to keep your audience engaged and interested in your content. 

 

Juggling Act - Love for Nurturing, But Also a Bit of Selling

I get it!! – you’ve got stuff to sell but it’s all about keeping the balance between nurturing and selling. This can be one of the biggest pitfalls in your social media marketing, an imbalance. Too much of either can be a total buzzkill. 

 

Here is my second question, “Am I nurturing or selling with this post?”

 

Sales posts, which explicitly ask for a sale or direct engagement with your business, should be interspersed with nurturing content, “Buy this, check out my store.” Spice up your content with things like success stories, product benefits, and testimonials. This approach will ensure that your audience remains engaged without feelings bombarded by promotional content. 

 

 

Lead Generation - Let's Get Excited!

Lastly, I really want you to think, “Am I generating leads?” 

 

Generating leads is a fundamental part of marketing that often gets overlooked – it’s like the jackpot for marketers. Be strategic when incorporating lead generation into your posts, getting your audience to sign up, try free trials, leave their numbers, etc. 

 

It’s not a one way street though; you have to offer something cool in return, like exclusive content or a VIP backstage pass to you and your content, webinars or guides. This is key – you need to offer something of value to your audience.

 

So, there you have it – my guide to becoming a social media wizard. Before you hit that post button, roll through these three questions like they're your secret sauce. Because in the world of social media, it's not just about posting; it's about making an impact. With this advice, you're set to make your posts purposeful and downright awesome.
