• Plan out how you will MARKET to generate leads 
• How will you navigate life and business - we'll spend time outlining whats going on in your LIFE so you can create more space for it (not just talk about it) 

Day Two

• Create your financial forecast, let's make sure you have enough INVENTORY, and are realistic about your growth 
• Create a more specific Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 plan 
• Accountability teams / groups 
• Leave with your 2024 business + marketing map!
