Content & Account Manager - with MMM
Contract to start June 15.
Expectations and role:
- Weekly meetings with Megan for 1 hour to check in on clients, work, next weeks time blocking
- Bi-weekly meetings with your clients to discuss their projects, marketing, goals
- Daily 'pulse' messages to your clients Mon-Wed-Fridays to check in and provide them an update
- Manage digital marketing platforms and other marketing platforms for clients (this varies based on client proposals and implementation)
- Marketing platforms we currently use are: instagram, email marketing, pinterest, blogs, text message marketing, Linkend, Facebook groups
- Implement the marketing that is outlined for the client in the google doc (this may include "create 5 graphics in canva and 5 Instagram stories or create a blog about 10 reasons why you love Pilates")
- Be available for minimum 15 hours per week (hours do not matter as long as they a between 8am-8pm anytime.
- Must be proficient in Instagram/ reels / stories
- Be available for text messages from clients (s their Account Manager they will text you direct)
- Must have experiencing with writing content (blogs/ emails/ social media captions)
- Must be available to capture content every so often on site for clients in the YYC area (gas will be paid per KM rate if community to and from)
- Be professional, on time and communicate with Megan or the client if other things are going on (ie you won't be available for XYZ)
Invoicing:
This is a contract position
- Hourly rate of $26 for June 15-August 15 with an evaluation and increase of $32 an hour in / on around August 15
- If you bring on your own clients onto MMM (aka you are the direct referral the rate for that client is $35 per hour)
- Please invoice Megan Moore Marketing on the 15th and 30th of each month with your hours
- Any expenses (gifts / mailing thank you cards / paying for Canva / dropbox can & should be billed to Megan)
- The opportunity to expand the role and hours will be evaluated in September
